For ‘Clean Hands, Clear Mind’ Giveaway, 8th March – 15th April 2024

By participating in the Clean Hands, Clear Mind (“Giveaway”), participants agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions, along with any amendments made by the Organiser at its discretion. Continued participation in the Giveaway constitutes unconditional acceptance of any amended terms

Giveaway Organizer: The Giveaway is organized by Pigeon Malaysia (Trading) Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”), and is open to all individual Malaysian citizens and permanent residents aged 18 and above (as of 1st March 2024), except employees and their immediate families of the Organiser and its affiliated companies.

1. Giveaway Period: The Clean Hands, Clear Mind Giveaway runs from 8th March 2024, 12:00:00 AM to 15th April 2024, 11:59:59 PM Malaysian time.

2. Entry Eligibility:
• Malaysia citizen with valid TNG wallet account.
• Must be a member of Pigeon Sayangku Club. By submitting your registration to participate or participating in the giveaway, you agree to be Pigeon Sayangku Club member.
• Purchase any TWO (2) bundle packs of Pigeon Tea Tree Anti-Bacterial Wet Tissues 100s x 2 and/or Hand & Mouth Wet Tissues 60s x 2 in a single receipt at any stores (offline/online) in Malaysia. They must then scan the QR code to submit entry together with the following information:

• Participants may submit multiple entries, each supported by the required Proof of Purchase within the Giveaway Period. Only one prize will be awarded per Participant per Giveaway.

3. Amendment and Termination: The Organiser reserves the right to amend the participating period and mechanics, or to terminate, cancel, or suspend the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.

4. Disqualification: Entries with Proof of Purchase before or after the Giveaway Period will be disqualified. Handwritten, photocopied, or duplicate receipts are not accepted. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, incorrect, late, or suspected of fraud or cheating.

5. Prizes: A total of ONE HUNDRED AND TEN (110) Eligible Winners will be awarded Touch ‘n Go eWallet reload pins, with TEN (10) winners receiving RM100 each and ONE HUNDRED (100) winners receiving RM10 each. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

6. Winning Criteria: Winners will be selected using computerized random selection program. All receipts will be compiled as reference and selection of Winners.

7. Winner Announcement and Verification: The List of Eligible Winners will be announced on the Organiser’s website by 30th April 2024. Winners will be contacted via WhatsApp and/or phone call based on the provided contact details.

8. Prize Claim and Delivery: Winners may be required to submit a clear photo of their NRIC within seven (7) days of notification. Prizes will be sent via WhatsApp within sixty (60) days upon identity verification.

9. Data Consent: Participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organiser for the purposes of the Giveaway, including publication of winner information for advertising and publicity.

10. Liability: Participants agree to bear full liability for any loss, injury, damage, costs, expenses, or accidents incurred during participation in the Giveaway.

11. Miscellaneous: The Organiser shall not be responsible for any technical failures or lost entries. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Organiser’s decisions are final.
